The protocol
A session, step by step
Newcomers welcome — every booking includes a printed guide. Here's the rhythm we recommend.
Hydrate & arrive
Drink 16oz of water 30 min before. Skip the heavy meal.
Round 1 — 15 min
Sit in the sauna at 180°F until you're sweating freely.
Plunge — 1–3 min
Step straight into the cold tub. Breathe slow through your nose.
Repeat 2–3x
Rest 5 min between rounds. Total session 45–75 min.

We’ll call the night before to confirm timing and answer any last questions.

We work with you to find the perfect delivery window for your schedule.
Meet & basic info
We meet you on-site to walk through setup, safety, and sauna basics.

We level the unit, connect cold plunge water, and fire up the stove.
Cold plunge
Longer cold plunge sessions available — just let us know what you want.
Optional preheat
We can pre-heat the sauna so it’s ready to go the moment you are.
Common questions
Before you book
What is included in the rental?+
Delivery and pick-up, enough firewood and kindling for your rental night, and instruction on using the wood stove, safety, and basic sauna use. Cold plunge available for an extra fee (requires water and electric).
How many people can fit in the sauna?+
The sauna has a hot room and a changing room. The hot room comfortably fits 6–8 people (8 is cozy). For larger groups, it's common to rotate every 15 minutes so more people can cycle in.
Do you deliver outside of Athens?+
Delivery is free for all rentals in the Athens area, up to 35 miles. If you live outside the immediate area, please contact us to request delivery and discuss additional fees.
Will the sauna fit in my yard or driveway?+
We need to access your space with a truck or SUV and require an area 15' long × 8' wide × 12' high on a surface that isn't too soft, wet, or steep. If you're unsure, please reach out before booking so we can discuss options.
Do you have a cancellation policy?+
Payment secures your date — a 30% downpayment is required. Within 2 weeks of the event: 30% cancellation fee, or reschedule free of charge. Within 1 week: non-refundable. We promise to be fair if you promise to be reasonable.
